Automatic Towel Length Cutting Machine

Our automatic towel length cutting machine is designed to provide accurate and efficient cutting of towels in a variety of sizes. Equipped with advanced fiber optic systems, this machine ensures precise tracking of the towel's edge, and is capable of automatically stopping in the event of any issues.

With a size of 2500x4350x2570 mm, this machine is protected against power outages, and features an automatic shutdown and restart function. Additionally, the machine's automatic correction feature ensures that the fabric is properly aligned, resulting in precise and consistent cutting.

Our machine features dual chain stitch sewing machines on the left and right sides, allowing for efficient production of high-quality towels. The machine also features special edge pulling units that prevent damage to the fabric while pulling the edges, and a vacuum system to collect any remaining debris after cutting.

The touch screen interface allows the operator to view the machine's speed in meters per minute, adjust the machine's settings for different fabric types, and monitor the usage of the sewing threads. The interface also allows for single edge stitching, enabling precise control over the cutting process.

The right and left sewing machines are made by E32 PEGASUS, and can achieve up to three stitches per centimeter at a speed of 20 meters per minute. Our machine is a reliable, high-performance solution for cutting towels, and is designed for easy maintenance and long-term use.
